- Develop and Mentor
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years as a restaurant manager
- Annual sales volume over $2 million
- Must be motivated with a genuine passion for people
- Ability to perform FOH and BOH roles
- Extensive food safety knowledge
