Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Encourage feedback from guests and team
- Ensure the safety of the team, guests, and food
- Ensure team is performing correct tasks and processes
- Ensure quality interactions
- Be a mentor and developer of your team
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Manager in a casual dining establishment for a least 2 years
- Sales in the 2-3 million range
- Team developer
