Goodwin Recruiting seeks an experienced, results-driven National Sales Manager for our client. They are a privately held, for-profit company that provides personal and professional referral services within the healthcare industry.


As National Sales Manager you will:

  • Lead, manage and supervise the day-to-day sales efforts for 13-15 account reps
  • Generating sales for the company through managing your sales team
  • Create positive relationships and motivate your team to exceed sales quotas
  • Manage your team to provide the proper coverage required, coach your team to ensure they are knowledgeable about all the care options in all regions, and ensure quality referrals are offered to the customer 
  • Bring leadership and stability to your team
  • Create and promote a fun, positive, and energetic sales environment.
  • Be a team player, working closely with other divisions to drive company success
  • Other duties identified to drive performance and meet business needs.

As National Sales Manager you will bring:

  • 3+ years as Sales Manager / Supervisor experienced in driving teams members to exceed sales quotas
  • History of maximizing sales KPIs and achieve/exceed sales goals
  • Ability to problem-solve.
  • Basic knowledge of and use of: Outlook, Excel, Word, and CRM systems
  • BA/BS degree
