Job Description

This is a highly visible, new HR Generalist position to support a fast-growing, transformational organization. This is an ideal role for someone with 3+ years of HR Generalist experience poised for their next future career growth opportunity.

HR Generalist Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with management and human resources team to execute performance development system.
  • Manage the execution of the employee engagement survey
  • Lead the execution of the overall diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy.
  • Assist with employee relations matters which involves periodically attending and participating in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Manage the training, continuing education, and work assessments (i.E. Safety training, anti-harassment training, and professional certifications).
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of job applicants
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, recommending best practices; reviews policies and practices

HR Generalist Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
  • SHRM-CP a plus.
  • Strong customer service mindset with strong consultative and coaching skills
  • Project management skills including change management techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication with all professional levels
  • Maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Demonstrated experience with HR metrics and knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Strong PC skills and MS Office skills.

HR Generalist Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation Range: $64K - $103, 6K
  • Compreshensive Benefits
