Bakery Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, select, and retain qualified team members
  • Manage inventory and order products as required
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in accordance with bakery and health department standards
  • Manage & oversee the scheduling for team members, opening and closing duties
  • Complete performance appraisals as required and provide team members with performance feedback
  • Establish team member accountabilities and administer discipline if necessary
  • Motivate, inspire, and coach team members




Assistant Bakery Manager Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of management experience in hospitality, ideally for like concepts
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and team development skills
  • Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate core values and lead with integrity
  • Experience with financials, costing and inventory
  • Positive personality and impeccable guest service
  • Must have open availability and the ability to work weekends and holidays
