We are looking for a dynamic Assistant to our Director of Operations. Someone who is organized, efficient and understands the ins and outs of restaurant operations. The role is 50% on-site operations related and 50% administrative in supporting the Director of Operations and the company as a whole. This role will also require someone who is detail-oriented, computer savvy and familiar with POS systems, payroll functions, and marketing restaurant-related programs. Restaurant Assistant to Director of Operations | Education & Experience | Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Required
  • Minimum 5-year Management Experience in Food and Beverage at the department head level or equal amount of higher-level Food and Beverage Management - no GM experience required
  • Tech-savvy, computer proficiency and knowledge of Aloha required
  • TIPS certification preferred
  • Skilled knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
  • Must possess a flexible and varied schedule to accommodate business demands, including weekends and Holidays
  • Outstanding leadership capability
  • Focus on exceptional guest experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
