Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- 2 years of Restaurant Manager experience with a staff 30 or more
- Sales volume experience of at least $1.5 million annually
- Financial/P&L awareness with the ability to help identify and correct cost area issues
- Prefer candidates from Casual Dining, but strong and polished Fast Casual and QSR candidates are welcome
