Hotel in Northern Wisconsin seeks experienced Luxury Resort Private Club Resort Residences Manager to lead its Team in executing the highest level of Guest Service. The Ideal Candidate will possess a strong tenure at 4 or 5-Star Luxury properties including experience in managing equivalent Food & Beverage operations. We are looking for a Hotel Ambassador and Team Builder to take this property to the next level. Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Train, lead and develop team members
  • Identify property needs and execute a plan to address those needs
  • Prepare operational budgets facilitating financial planning and expense control
  • Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals
  • Create a memorable Guest experience
  • Oversee and manage overall operations of the Hotel including but not limited to Front Office, Sales, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering

Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree in hotel management or business administration. (Other applicable four-year degree credentials would be considered in combination with a minimum of seven years hospitality or relevant management experience)
  • 4 to 5 years of 4 or 5-Star experience as Private Club Residences Manager is a must
  • Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success
  • Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment
  • Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls
  • Ability to analyze Guest Service reports recognizing market trends
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication.
