Looking for a Manager of Restaurant Systems to join the Operations team Team based in Miami, FL. This role sets and maintains clearly defined and executable standards, technology, and processes for all restaurant systems to ensure operating efficiency. It also directs operations initiatives and collaborates with cross-functional teams to lead the organization toward achieving business and operational goals
- Develop system enhancements that simplify operations & improve profits or efficiency in the restaurant
- Drive operations improvement with all brands system-wide
- Identify and implement systems to improve the production process
- Knowledge of the latest technology and industry trends
- Ability to identify best systems and tools to deploy in restaurants in all areas Kitchen, Labor Scheduling, Inventory
- Serve as subject matter expert in operations systems discussions with all departments
- Maintain Brand Standards in support of restaurant execution
- Ability to travel 0-25%
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a restaurant operations or related position
