Goodwin Recruiting seeks an experienced Nursing Home Administrator for a state-of-the-art 60 bed skilled nursing facility (SNF) that is part of a luxurious CCRC located in Northern California.

Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the day to day of 60-bed skilled nursing facility (snf) while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Maintain current knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
  • Implement and controls systems to ensure accountability of all departments
  • Leads planning process to develop goals for quality care, employee retention and financial performance of building
  • Manage overall administration of the Health Center while also handling special projects for COO as needed

Nursing Home Administrator Requirements:

  • Current NHA License in California is required
  • A manager who is comfortable creating and executing budgets
  • 5+ years supervisory experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in long term care (LTC)
  • BS or MS degree in business, health care, hotel/restaurant management, or closely related area
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels

Nursing Home Administrator Compensation:

  • Base salary $110,000 -130,000
