Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans and initiatives to include, but not limited to, interacting with clients and the media, directing solicitation efforts, securing business, operating information management systems, preparing and presenting statistical and performance reports, and managing all financial aspects of the operation
- Partner with the Revenue Management team to determining sales pricing strategies, developing rates, establishing group thresholds, determining space utilization policy, deploying competitive data strategies, conducting demand analysis, and managing the market mix
- Utilize and apply current technology and systems effectively
- Monitor and develop team member performance
- Recruit, interview, and train new sales candidates
Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to maintain company website and Social Media Campaign - Solid knowledge of web analytics
- Proven ability to drive growth through demand generation, lead generation, and/or digital marketing
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including Executive and C-level
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully
- Experience with CRM software
