A family-owned and operated limited-service hotel is seeking a General Manager. Our ideal candidate enjoys living in a remote tourist area, is confident in all aspects of business, and is seeking to have a great deal of autonomy in day-to-day operations.

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure policies and procedures are properly executed by the team
  • Ensure proper communication between the housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and maintenance departments
  • Handle all scheduling, vendor relationships, and hiring of new employees

Hotel General Manager Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years in a General Manager or Office Manager role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to be on-call when needed
