A Midwest hospitality group, opening a new Hotel in the Indianapolis area, seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to fill the role of Hotel Restaurant General Manager, which also would have responsibility for Banquets and Catering Events. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all Foodservice and Culinary activities
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Ensure a high quality of service, ingredients, and food preparation
  • Oversee the training and management of Restaurant, Banquets, Catering, and Culinary personnel
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

ā€‹Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Restaurant, Banquets, or other related fields with a minimum of 5 years
  • Education - Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or the equivalent of education and work experience (Preferred)
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
