Customer Service Associate - Sales: Do you love a fast-paced work environment and working with a fun team? If so, we want you to work with us! Our Customer Service Associate – Sales employees support the Goodwill Mission by providing exemplary customer service to include assisting customers in locating requested merchandise, answering inquiries concerning store policies and procedures, ringing up customer transactions, processing payments, and completing sales, in accordance with established guidelines. Our Customer Service Associate – Sales employees stock shelves, counters, tables and clothing racks with merchandise. They assist in preparing the store for daily opening and closing procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Displays Goodwill's strong work behavior both internally and externally that aligns with "Together is Better" and our 3 core principles: Enthusiasm/Passion, Trust and Integrity.

  • Minimum of tenth grade education required with a High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must have minimum of six-month previous cash register/customer service experience.
  • Must have a pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance.
  • Must have accurate money counting ability.
  • Must be able to communicate well both orally and in writing.

Part-Time is defined as 20 - 28 hours per week. We operate our stores, weekends, early evenings and holidays. We pay bi-weekly. The rate of pay for this position is $9.00 per hour, after you successfully complete your 90-day observation period, the rate of pay increases to $9.25 per hour.
