Sr. Sales Operations Analyst

As the Sr. Sales Operations Analyst, you will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to continuously design, implement and improve sales processes to increase sales productivity. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, customer success and legal teams to ensure seamless execution of GoodData's sales operations. Not only will you be supporting your manager cross all Sales Operations initiatives but will also work directly with leaders and executives across GoodData. 


  • Identify and lead projects to improve process, tools and performance  and drive operational efficiency
  • Develop robust suite of reporting/analytics that uncover key performance insights/intelligence for sales leadership - including pipeline health, win rates, conversion rates, cycle time, and other key performance metrics
  • Support annual/quarterly planning, forecasting budgeting, quota setting, incentive plans, and commissions
  • Become the first point of contact for all sales process, tool and data related issues 
  • Own functionality, integrity, usage and timely updates of SFDC and other sales tools and constantly drive improvement
  • Manage all Deal Desk activities and collaborate with finance, legal and other functions as needed
  • Identify gaps in contracts and escalate inconsistencies with resolution recommendations
  • Support quarter end sales effort by driving sales orders and renewals close-outs
  • Facilitate training on internal sales processes, tools and SFDC objects management
  • Work with manager to support the entire Sales team incl., AEs, SDRs, SEs, CSMs, etc. in all capacity
  • Manage vendors for sales tools stack and drive subscription optimization


  • Bachelor's degree demonstrated advanced analytical and quantitative abilities
  • Min. 3+ years in a sales operations/strategy role with SaaS company or management consulting
  • SFDC Administrator certified with ability to implement best in class SFDC solutions
  • Curious, creative, and self-motivated
  • Highly organized with a knack for details, accuracy and precision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative and ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization
