Administrative Assistant - Customer Service Representative

The Good Stuff Distributor Inc. is a natural, organic, & specialty food distributor, servicing the greater bay area for over 30 years. The success of our business relies heavily on our stellar customer service. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, order entry, and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Proficient in using G Suite and/or MS Office Suite.
  • Please note any experience in other business oriented programs– Computer Accounting Programs or ERP systems such as; Sage Accounting, Acumatica, Quick Books & Netsuite.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (bilingual speakers a plus).
