Administrative Assistant - Customer Service Representative
The Good Stuff Distributor Inc. is a natural, organic, & specialty food distributor, servicing the greater bay area for over 30 years. The success of our business relies heavily on our stellar customer service. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, order entry, and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills/Experience Required:
- Proficient in using G Suite and/or MS Office Suite.
- Please note any experience in other business oriented programs– Computer Accounting Programs or ERP systems such as; Sage Accounting, Acumatica, Quick Books & Netsuite.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (bilingual speakers a plus).
