We are looking for CALL CENTER TEAM MEMBERS now at our Goldstein locations.
Our Call Center is a vital part of the Goldstein Auto Group. No call goes unanswered as we schedule appointments, connect customers with sales and service advisors and reach out with friendly reminders. You might be the first voice a potential customer hears when reaching out to Goldstein Auto Group! Do you have the friendly and knowledgeable phone voice our customers need to hear?
You should be outgoing, personable with excellent phone skills and a positive attitude. Data entry skills and computer skills are desired. Being a Team Player is a must! This is a position with flexible evening and weekend hours and could be ideal for college students.
- Answer calls and direct customers to proper staff or schedule appointments
- Call customers with friendly reminders for service work or brief customer surveys
- Schedule appointments and keep records of calls using computerized record system
- Conduct business in an ethical, and honest fashion with integrity
