Office needs physical therapist/ physical therapy assistant/ massage therapist with experience in management, and patient care and services. Need someone well organized, have excellent time management and communication skills, and pay close attention to detail. Candidate must take pride in providing quality services, ensuring they have taken all measures possible to resolve the patients concerns. Must enjoy helping people, and feel a sense of accomplishment when issues are resolved.
Job Duties include:
Answering incoming calls from various individuals, whether it be the patient, a provider, or an insurance company. Duties also include updating accounts and refiling claims to insurances, making payment arrangements, and reviewing accounts to determine cause of non-payments. Compliance with all HIPAA laws is of utmost importance.
Work Hours are:
to be determined. It will be around 25-35 hours per week. With certification/licensure, we can arrange an independent contractor status (higher pay) than hourly wage.
