Gold's Gym is looking for an outgoing person to work in our back office handling clerical tasks and customer service.  Professional and courteous customer service a must.  Hours are Monday - Thursday 9 am - 5 pm and Friday 9 am - 3 pm.   Must be able to type and have knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel. 

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Data Entry - maintaining and entering information into our database
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Managing files and member data
  • Contacting members when needed
  • Responding to members in a timely and efficient manner
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing
  • Deposits
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas
  • Performing general office clerk duties
  • Maintaining supply inventory
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Typing
  • Knowledge in Word and Excel
  • Able to handle all situations in a professional and courteous manner
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision
  • Work well with others
  • Customer service attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8.50 - $9.50 per hour
