The Physician Clinics Administrator has the responsibility/accountability for leading and managing the efficient and cost-effective operations of four physician clinics located in Clinton, Warsaw, Windsor, and Osceola. The administrator is instrumental in carrying out the mission, vision, values, goals, budget, performance and regulatory standards for the clinics and ensuring staff and provider compliance.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Provides leadership to the physicians by developing, planning, and implementing the clinic's business plans.
Administrative advisor to supervisors and staff.
Recommends, develops, and implements improvements for the practice and ACO performance.
Informs leadership of current trends, problems, and medical activities to facilitate policy making.
Establishes, secures approval, and oversees clinic operating policies and procedures.
Oversees efforts for recruitment, development, and performance evaluation of employees.
Oversees clinic business and financial affairs as well as fiscal management.
Enhances operational effectiveness, emphasizing cost containment without jeopardizing innovation or quality.
Ensures clinic compliance with all regulatory agencies governing healthcare delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies.
Three to five years' practice management experience
Bachelor's degree (minimum)
