Location: Richfield, WI (30 minutes from Milwaukee and Waukesha)

We're Looking For A: General Laborer

* Opportunities available on 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift, day shift (6a-6p), and night shift (6p-6a)

* $17+ per hour

What You'll Be Doing:

• Move product onto scale for measurement and return to appropriate area
• Prepare raw material for production, including unwrapping
• Load and unload product from various areas throughout the production line
• Manage the packaging line, including moving racks and filling boxes with finished products
• Maintain a safety and quality mindset

Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.):

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred but NOT required
• Constant standing, walking, reaching with hands and stooping/kneeling is required
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds in certain manufacturing areas
• Strong teamwork mentality and eager to work in a team environment
