Golden Limousine is a family-owned, award-winning ground transportation company located near Ann Arbor (Milan) Michigan. We are committed to providing corporations and individuals with luxury and executive levels of transportation. 

Work with Risk Management, Operations, and Service Fleet Manager to ensure that we are compliant with the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Regulations as it applies to vehicle conditions, maintenance/repairs, record keeping; ensure FTA compliance, FMCSA compliance, and filing paperwork required for Federal contract work.

ELD Compliance: ensure driver logs are correct, up to date, and signed. Assist drivers with their log issues, investigating, and correcting if applicable. Enroll new CDL hires into the ELD system (Saucon) and assist in training. Monitor and assign unidentified movements to the proper individual. Responsible for managing FMCSA compliance with ELDs and Hours of Service (HOS) oversight.

OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration): Ensure compliance with all regulations that apply to our facility; office, warehouse, and grounds.

Base Jurisdictional Plating: Prepare the necessary applications and collect all the necessary documents to obtain the plates for all vehicles registered at 26,000 pounds or less, and 26001 pounds or more. Handle the registration and plating of all new vehicle purchases and add to the insurance policy, as well as yearly tabs/registrations.

Assist Human Resources on CDL driver hires, overseeing credential checks, pre-employment drug screening, MVR checks, Background checks, and regulatory checks (PSP, Drug Clearing House checks). Responsible for handling the HOS paperwork for previous employers, creating complete audit files for DCL drivers; keep audit files up to date with the required information (ex. driver's license, DOT card, MVR, annual certifications). Add all new driver hires to the insurance policy and oversee road testing.

General Safety:

Responsible for the general safety policies, programs, and procedures
Conduct monthly safety meetings, or more frequently if needed
Facilitate / conduct all safety training and retraining
Perform facility / workplace inspections per OSHA requirements



High School Diploma, GED, or higher education

1 to 3 years of safety & compliance experience required

Passenger Carrier experience preferred

Clean driving record

CDL B with air brakes license required; P endorsement is preferred, or ability to obtain
