The Customer Relations Representative will assist customers with questions concerning products, shipping, and billing activities on customer accounts. They respond to questions concerning social media advertisements. This position works closely with our home office social media teams to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. Remote or onsite work options. Weekend hours required.

What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like
  • Review and address negative reviews and customer issues.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Deescalate upset customers.
  • Check for errors in transactions. Correct orders as needed.
  • Contact customers regarding adverse effects.
  • Send surveys to customers after they contact Customer Service.
  • Research and reconcile problems concerning charges and payments
  • Correct/update customer information as appropriate
  • Manage comments and messages for brand social media pages.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
