Our mission is to provide the safest, kindest, and most professional care to bless senior women, their families, and our care staff. If you are passionate about providing care and enjoy making a positive impact on the lives of those you care for, we want YOU on our team.
What makes us different? We believe in a simple approach to success, "treat your employees exceptionally and they will treat your customers exceptionally." Most of our team has been with us for over 2 years. Those less than 2 years were additions for new positions we've created. Our care is person-centered which means that we do care "with" our residents rather than "to" our residents. Our caregiver to resident ratio is 2 to 1. We rarely have call-outs, we work as a team, and we make a difference for our residents and our team members.
Why are we looking? One of our part-time employees wants to focus more on her college and needs to reduce her hours.
Shift Available: Monday and Wednesday from 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM.
Duties: providing assistance for all ADL's including dressing, hygiene, incontinence, transfers, ambulation, activities/companionship, cooking/feeding, light housekeeping, etc.
We offer competitive pay and a personally rewarding team environment where you can truly feel good about the care you provide.
The State of Texas will not allow our employees to work at more than one assisted living facility during this pandemic. Therefore, we cannot accept applicants working as a caregiver at other assisted living facilities.
