Home Care Marketing Commission Based

Golden Age Companions is looking for an assertive, self-starting, and energetic Sales/Marketing professional who is solely responsible for market in the Anchorage area. We are an esteblished homecare agency in California and are opening a branch in Alaska this winter. We are looking for someone who is willing to work commission base util things get up and rolling. I am offer a VERY fair commission and for the right person you could be making 6 digits in under a year. Honesltly just a little affor and the right person I will be splitting the profit with you for the first few clients. So you will have the ability to not only be with the company from the ground floor but make a fair wage with a ton of room for growth.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Health Care Management; and 2-3 years of marketing experience in-home care, home health, hospice, durable medical, assisted living or nursing homes is PREFERRED

• Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written) as well as a positive professional business image

• Flexibility to work some evenings and occasional weekends to attend functions and events

Responsibilities:

• Identify and Market all local referral centers (hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living with rehabilitation or respite care, doctors’ offices, and other health providers) and manage newly generated lead sources

• Arrange presentations of our home care services at staff meetings in hospitals, nursing homes, doctor’s offices, and private companies

• Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events representing our agency services

• Track networking efforts and review with Staff Coordinators regularly
