Project Manager Peregrine Technical Solutions is a subsidiary of Goldbelt, Inc.,an 8(a) Alaska Native Corporation that provides expertise in Information Assurance, Computer Forensics and Cyber Warfare. Peregrine is in search of a Project Manager onsite in Washington, DC. INTRODUCTION The Project Manager is designated Key Personnel and must meet the requirements of the position.
The Project Manager will perform all duties outlined in the Duty Task List to ensure successful execution of the contract. The U.S. Mint will provide general and technical guidance.
MAJOR DUTIES Peregrine project managers (PMs) have overall responsibility for all project planning and execution. They follow mature processes based upon the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). For each assigned project he/she develops and maintain a detailed Project Plan, as well as a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) of the work to be performed.
The PM develops the project Quality Control Plan and is responsible for project Quality Management/Control following Peregrine's internal policies and procedures. The PM is responsible for creating and executing a Risk Management plan for each assigned project. He/she continually analyzes costs, schedule and performance and manages each to ensure all customer requirements are met and deliverables are provided on time and on budget.
The PM may be responsible for supervising one or more direct report personnel. QUALIFICATIONS Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a favorable current National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) investigation.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. GICSP or CISSP Certification highly preferred. Three (3) years of experience in performing cybersecurity Project Management support for the Federal Government.
One (1) year of Federal Government experience plus a GICSP certification is also acceptable. Experience with NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment and Authorization (A&A) for Industrial Control Systems (ICS) or other Operational Technology (OT) systems highly desirable. Knowledge of Federal Government SA&A practices and policies, particularly FISMA and NIST Special Publications 800 series.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. A one-page technical writing sample is required with the candidate's resume. Solid client service, time management and leadership skills.

If selected, the individual will be required to complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), prior to performing work under this requirement. EDUCATION B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or other related analytical, scientific or technical discipline.
