As a Senior Benefit Consultant, you'll enjoy unlimited earning potential, the flexibility to work from home, and have the opportunity to transition from a sales to a leadership role (in as little as six months).
Our reps make an average of $75,000 to $85,000 per year, with top agents earning $150K+. Total bonus is uncapped, so the sky's the limit!
As a Senior Benefit Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted expert on all things Medicare insurance-related and have access to the nation's best carriers (Humana, Anthem, UnitedHealthcare & more!). Your goal will be to match customers with an insurance plan that fits their needs and budget.
This role does not require any cold calling. GoHealth has a sales philosophy that our top producers should always be doing what they do best; that is selling! You will receive highly screened and qualified calls from customers interested in saving on their Medicare. Our top agents convert sales at a rate over 50%!
