The Customer Consultation & Care Representative, French Bilingual, will provide support to customers on inbound telephone calls. Your interactions will range from questions about current GoDaddy products/services to consultation of new purchases. You will effectively respond and provide information to customers regarding their support inquiries, as well as consult to learn about their business and make recommendations for new products and services that will help them succeed in their goals.
