Job Description

New startup technology-based company focusing on short term property management currently seeking a part time Sales Executive to join our team! You will be responsible for building partnerships with potential clients to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Cold Calling potential clients
Establish individual sales goals
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
Report on individual performance
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
2+ years experience in cold calling
Basic Hawaii real estate knowledge
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Must be an ambitious, money-driven, self-motivated individual with strong leadership qualities
Ability to build rapport with clients
MUST currently reside on Maui

Education: B.A/B.S or MBA in Business, Economics, or Finance (not required)

Real Estate license preferred.

$10k+ per month commission based salary (DOE)

Part Time Hours: 9:00AM - 12:00 PM, Monday-Friday
