Job Description:
As a Sales Account Manager, you will focus on supporting current business and opening new professional accounts as well as growing existing customer accounts in your assigned territory. Our education and sales approach emphasizes superior product knowledge, building quality relationships of trust with customers and colleagues, sharing innovative new technologies, combined with world class follow up and educating your customers on how they can take their skincare business to the next level.

Responsibilities:
● Generating revenue and meeting sales targets through B2B sale

● Travel within assigned sales territory 50% of the time, including in-person education and trainings for clients.

● Connect with customers on a peer-to-peer level with a Post-Covid relationship building strategy

● Effectively managing a product portfolio and revenue pipeline with a customer focus on their custom offerings

● Developing and qualifying leads within a respective territory to drive sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns

● Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentation & education while driving new business

● Working regional and national trade shows as assigned

● Conveying technical information and guidance on use and application of products to GlyMed leads/customers

● Providing support on how the REGEN™ platform will transform their business

● Managing territory social media accounts to drive awareness of GlyMed Plus products and key initiatives
Qualifications:
● Background in professional aesthetics and/or aesthetics license (LE or MLE) required

● Know how in relationship building with a value-oriented approach, goal driven, self- motivated and experienced in planning and managing a large territory

● Deep passion for skincare and aesthetics

● Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through multiple methods

● Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry

● Recent business to business (B2B) sales experience preferred

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Knowledge of order transaction software, a plus

● Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, a plus

● Bachelor’s Degree a bonus
