Job Requirements
- Take on a lead SDET role for a start up Healthcare company, and set the stage for future team growth
- Build processes and plans from the ground up for SDET activities
- Writing test cases, reviewing code, managing releases, tracking bugs, formulating test scenarios
- Automating testing, and developing tools to assist manual and exploratory testing
- Define testing tool roadmap (selenium vs. cucumber)
Job Expectations
- Experience working in a start-up environment (either start-up or start-up in a large organization) as SDET
- Ability to define testing tool roadmap (selenium vs. cucumber)
- Experience building automation frameworks from scratch
- Solid knowledge of testing any web stack built on a JS based framework and JS development experience
- Building scalable test infrastructure for web applications and web services
- Great communication skills
- Medtech industry experience (nice to have)
- HIPAA compliance testing experience (nice to have)
