MUST have wireless/telecom experience working for utilities/operators/wireless carriers in the PA market
MUST have government utilities experience within the Stae of Pennsylvania
*Plays a significant role in the marketing support and operational duties associated with the state of Pennsylvania.
*This position oversees ongoing wireless tower operations specifically project management as well as sales support for existing sites while also managing state and local government assets related to state infrastructure projects.
*This manager reports to Director of Tower Operations and should be geographically located in PA.
You will interact and coordinate with relevant company departments and personnel as well as external resources and end customers (i.e. State of Pennsylvania) to support the states infrastructure initiatives and the company's rapid growth.
*Conducts site audits and inspections.
*Meets new tenants early in the pre-collocation phase of installation to aid in the design and approval of the tenant’s equipment.
*Responsible for identifying qualified vendors/subcontractors and planning, scheduling, coordinating and approving their work.
*Oversees vendors who are contracted to perform scheduled maintenance of tower sites
*Oversee the remediation for site deficiencies and resolve projects as required to handle capital maintenance repairs effectively.
*Effectively manages other operations projects and duties including project supervision of tower modifications and improvements, rebuilds, site decommissions, shelter relocations, elevator repair and maintenance, and all other projects related to operations.
*Prepare, coordinate, and close out all required accounting requirements for each project including requisitions, purchase orders, invoice approvals, etc.
*Aids in pre-construction due diligence such as surveys, FAA compliance, and building permits
