Our client, a top-tier hedge fund seeks a Receptionist to assist in the Greenwich, CT office. In addition to providing excellent front desk coverage, the Receptionist will provide general office support and a variety of administrative tasks.

POSITIONS: Temp to Perm Administrative Receptionist
LOCATION: Greenwich, CT

HOURS: 7:45-5:15
COMPENSATION: 50K (DOE) + Discretionary Bonus + OT + Benefits
BACHELORS DEGREE: Required

RESPONSIBILITIES OF TEMP TO PERM RECEPTIONIST:

- Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Greenwich, CT Office

- Greet, assist and/or direct guests and clients

- Maintain clean and orderly reception area and conference rooms at all times so guests have appropriate client experience

- Remain at the front desk during heavy times (breakfast and lunch), and when awaiting guests

- Receive, direct and relay telephone calls and fax messages

- Track and stock inventory for the office for both kitchen and office supplies

- Maintain attendance and vacation request documentation for the office

- Sort and distribute incoming mail

- Oversee daily lunch delivery and Seamless corporate account maintenance

- Distribute and collect building access cards as necessary

- Create new hire binders – maintain necessary documents

- Ad hoc projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS OF TEMP TO PERM RECEPTIONIST:

- Bachelor’s degree required

- 1+ years small office experience

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Experience with general office maintenance preferred

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred

- Comfortable wearing many hats and multitasking

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
