POSITION: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA
HOURS: 9:00am to 5:30pm
COMPENSATION: Depending on Experience + Bonus
BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED

Our client, an early stage venture capital fund based in the Presidio of San Francisco, is searching for a highly motivated, outgoing Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist to join their team. The ideal person is highly self-motivated, professional and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks.

Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant/Receptionist:
- Provide administrative support to office staff
- Control correspondence, screen incoming calls, greet visitors
- Assist in coordinating meetings and events
- Assist with projects and perform other duties and functions as requested
- Liaise with vendors and building maintenance
- Maintain office and kitchen areas, order supplies
- General office duties include maintaining office appearance, filing, data entry, expense reports, etc.

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist:
- Bachelor degree required
- 1-2 years' prior Administrative experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Google suite)
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive approach to professional responsibilities
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, dependable
- Ability to work gracefully under pressure
- Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
