We are looking for quality, hungry individuals interested in a growth and advancement opportunity. We have career openings in both our B2B Sales division as well as our direct to consumer sales division. Candidates must be teachable and willing to learn our proven systems to become proficient in sales and new account acquisition. Candidates should be able to integrate previous leadership experience in order to accelerate their transition to training and management, based on results.
While we operate in the insurance sales industry, we are far from "typical" for the industry. Our company culture is to lead by example; therefore we are looking for leaders with proven work ethic and integrity. Our training process is to take new sales people by the hand and show them how to be successful. Wanting only applicants with a history of leadership experience (personal or professional).

$75,000 - $100,000+ first year potential and $120-160k within 3 years
