GlobalMed is currently looking for a detail oriented Federal Inside Sales Program Manager to join our team! In this key support role, this individual will provide holistic support to the Sales Team, which will include sales administrative support, clerical, administrative, and special project support. You will be required to take the initiative and get involved in many different business responsibilities, so you must be dedicated, ambitious and able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Additionally, you will provide support on various tasks and projects, so reliability and discretion are imperative. A positive, proactive attitude coupled with critical thinking is key.

Primary responsibilities include:

· Assist with populating the CRM database which includes gathering prospect information and data from various sources including internet researches

· Assist with providing sales collateral to potential customers

· Assist sales team with sales quotes and proposals

· Excellent organization skills with the ability to handle multiple lines of business

· Follow up on meeting action items

· Support Federal sales with orders, tracking and delivery dates

· Coordinate cross-functional processes that help meet order deadline and schedules

· Provide customer service in pre/post sales, administrative and project support

· Perform confidential business functions, including but not limited to: managing complex calendars, answering phone calls, and corresponding with multiple business leaders

· Organize, prioritize, and summarize the content of incoming materials, special requests, and meetings

· Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other events. Inform attendees of function dates and times, reserve meeting space, provide the appropriate equipment/materials and hospitality services as needed in these meetings

Education and/or work experience requirements:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

· Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office-Word, Excel and Outlook)

· Proficient at negotiation and collaboration

· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

· Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
