Founded in 2007, Global Tobacco LLC is the only tobacco manufacturer in the State of Texas. We are comprised of a manufacturing, distribution, sales and marketing company. Our company prides itself on the dedicated work of its employees and houses a state of the art facility covering more than 150,000 square feet of warehouse space, including an onsite manufacturing plant, two fully equipped distribution centers, a quality control lab, an engineering department, and a logistical department.

Global Tobacco services more than 250 distributors and wholesalers worldwide. Over 40,000 retail stores carry our products that includes traditional cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, tubes, pipe tobacco, and electronic cigarette. Our sales cover the entire nation with exports to several other countries around the world.

I. Job Summary:

We are looking to employ an entry level Inside Sales Account Manager working with our inside sales team. We will train the right person. The role includes achieving sales targets, developing an effective step-by-step process of nurturing leads and closing sales. You should also be able to utilize market analysis tools to determine customer behavior, market trends, competitor activity, communicate effectively with inside sales employees and customers as well as demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Base pay $40K – ($60 - $70 potential per year * uncapped*)

Provide monthly/quarterly/annual sales reports for your assigned area

Addressing and resolving customer complaints.

Solicit new distribution and chain customers to purchase product via, telephone, email, postal mail and in-person meeting.

Execute internal sales strategies to close new business opportunities in key strategic markets

Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets to obtain incentive bonus

Analyzes SKU performance across portfolio for each assigned account

Identify opportunities to close product gaps within the portfolio

Educate customers on portfolio of products

Effectively communicate profitability and brand value to customers

Establish and maintain long-term business relationships

On-going management of existing accounts

Grow existing account business through upselling and new product offerings

Attends trade shows and other conventions, to support acquisition of new business

Work 80% in office, 20% travel

Complete other duties as assigned

IV. Basic Skills We Are Looking For

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Sound organizational skills.

· Effective communication skills.

· Exceptional customer service skills.

· Ability to flexibly respond to changing demands

· Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively

· Min. 1-year inside sales experience or 2 years of outside sales

· High School Diploma / Associates degree preferred.

· Must have good communication skills. Spanish is a plus. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers.

· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Valid driving license is required.
