Job Description

Internal Job Title: Administrative Client Liaison

Summary/Objective
The Administrative Client Liaison position is aimed at streamlining the onboarding, roster, maintenance, and deployment of resources for various insurance carriers. This role is an entry/mid-level administrative position that relies on strong communication, organizational and time management skills. Previous admin experience is not required, but a plus. GRS is seeking individuals with a background in customer service who are detail-oriented and process-driven. Must be competent in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable working in a professional office environment. Operational tasks vary day to day, so adaptability is key. Should be comfortable working towards a shared goal with a team of peers.

Essential Functions

  1. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to our organization.
  2. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
  3. Master all aspects of the standby and deployment process including all technologies involved: BridgeSource, Microsoft Office, CMC Messaging and Mass Emails.
  4. Keep core team of approved adjusters ready and available to work for assigned client.
  5. Continued follow up with standby Adjusters via phone, email and maintain standby roster.
  6. Develop a strong knowledge of all aspects of BridgeSource and be prepared to train all staff on best practices.
  7. Provide feedback to Department Head for BridgeSource improvement needs.
  8. Familiarized with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
  9. Routinely performs data entry and data audits.
  10. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position will have no supervisory responsibilities.

 

Work Environment

Work location will primarily be in the Bradenton, FL office. Remote option may be available at the discretion of management or based on department needs.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position: Specific workdays will be assessed based on volume of work but shall not fall below 5 days in a standard work week. Hours are typically 9-5, Monday through Friday, with occasional opportunities for overtime.

 

Travel

This position may require up to 10% travel or more in CAT situations based on department need.

 

Preferred Education and Experience

  1. Associate degree or High School diploma
  2. 2+ years of experience in an administrative position handling customer service
  3. Willingness to assist team members with assignments, when necessary
  4. Strong organization skills
  5. Microsoft suite experience
  6. Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Adaptable to changing work requirements.
  8. Ability to function well in a high paced and at times stressful environment.
