Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are a commercial plumbing company servicing the entire Bay Area. You will perform clerical, administrative and customer service functions in order to drive company success.
This position offers many opportunities for growth within the company.
Work schedule is M-F

Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound telephone calls in a professional manner
• Entering purchase orders into accounting system
• Entering employee hours for payroll
• Entering payments into accounting system
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform other office tasks as needed

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
