Senior Field Technician

We are looking for qualified individuals who want to showcase there talents in troubleshooting servers and networking, LAN/WAN problems and other related issues. The Field Engineer will perform on site project implementation, troubleshoot, proactive maintenance, server maintenance and network management. Assist Support Technician with ticket over flow as well as Sales Department for technical recommendation and project scope outline. Working for a MSP a plus!
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years directly working with PC, Laptop, Hardware
Minimum of five (5) years working with networking.
CompTIA A+ Certification (Hardware & Software) within 90 days of hire
Microsoft Certified Professional within 90 days of hire
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) - Preferred but not a must
Networking Certification (CompTIA, Cisco, HP other) Preferred but not a must
Proficiency with Server based software to include but not limited to Windows Server, Virtualization, SQL, IIS, Exchange, MS Projects, Linux.
Proficiency in desktop support of Clients’ individual PCs. Minimum operating system knowledge includes: Microsoft Windows 7, 10
Proficiency in TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, RDP, and Active Directory administration.
Proficiency in aspects of wireless networking, WEP, WPA as well as deployment and signal testing practices.
Works well with others but needs minimum supervision
