Job Description

 

  • Obtains primary financial data for accounting records
  • Computes and records numerical data 
  • Checks the accuracy of business transactions
  • Performs data entry and administrative duties 
  • Greets and assists onsite guests in a pleasant, delightful and professional manner
  • Answers telephone calls with a smile, routes calls, takes messages/provides information
  • Collects customer information, logs into CRM system and creates tasks
  • Responds to inquiries and requests for information
  • Creates Work Orders related to customer requests
  • Develops and implements organized filing systems
  • Assists with Sales Documents and customers
  • Reads and routes incoming mail
  • Schedules meetings and appointments for supervisor and staff
  • Makes travel arrangements
  • Establishes and maintains files and records
  • Orders office supplies as necessary
  • Coordinates pickup and delivery of equipment as needed
  • Resolves problems relating to transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports
  • Collaborates to integrate logistics with business systems or processes
  • Maintains metrics, reports, process documentation, or customer service logs
  • Assists with parts search and order of parts as needed
  • Ensures confidentiality and controls access to sensitive information
  • Serves as an internal resource to staff on departmental and company procedures
  • Performs administrative duties associated with scheduling and coordinating meetings and planning events
  • Schedules, assigns and prioritizes workload by setting appropriate deadlines
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
