Works with stakeholders, such as business leaders, subject matter experts, and CDC and STLT end-users, to gather business requirements, understanding their needs, goals, and pain points.

Analyzes existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Uses tools such as PowerBi, flowcharts, and diagrams to document processes and identify bottlenecks.

Recommends solutions to improve business processes, such as implementing new software or modifying existing systems.

Provides stakeholders with a cost-benefit analysis, outlining the potential impact of their recommendations.

Manages project scope, ensuring that project objectives are clearly defined, and that stakeholders are aware of the project's goals, timeline, and budget.

Facilitates communication between stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is on the same page regarding project goals, requirements, and timelines.

Tests and validates solutions, ensuring that they meet the organization's requirements, and that they are delivered on-time and within budget.
