Global Employment Solutions is seeking Call Center Representative with an amazing talent and interest in Customer Service for a very large Non-Profit Organization in New York City (Financial District).
Schedule: Available shifts between 8am - 9pm

Job Description: Seeking strong oral and written communication, good personality and listening skills with attention to detail. Must be able to handle multiple calls thought the day. Seeking candidates who do not mind spending extra time with a customer to fulfill their need. Great attitude with positive energy on all calls.
- High School Diploma or higher
- Two or more years of relevant working experience in a Call Center environment.
- Familiarity with basic computer skills
- Excellent written and oral skills
