Perform the Clinical Psychologist specific clinical duties in Section C of the basic contract. In addition to the clinical
Coordinate care with other health care providers and provide consultative services pursuant to optimal healthcare delivery to patients suffering from pain.
Participate in an on-site designated Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes (ECHO) Tele-mentoring training program.
Participate in Tele-mentoring, Tele-medicine, and Tele-consults.
Travel/Training. The HCW may be required to travel to provide services or attend off-site training/meetings/symposia; regularly scheduled on-site training may also be required.
Attend the Annual Navy Pain Symposium/NCPMP meeting. The contractor shall be reimbursed for approved travel/training in accordance with Section B of the Task Order.
Site of Service. The primary site of service shall be NMC Portsmouth, VA. The health care worker (HCW)
may be assigned to other clinic locations within the primary assigned Military Treatment Facility’s (MTF’s) local
commuting area.The HCW may also provide scheduled Tele-health services, in accordance with
BUMEDINST 6300.20, to other providers and patients that present at Naval MTF or clinic locations.
