We are currently looking for an Account Coordinator to manage assigned customer accounts. You will address customer concerns and handle the day to day administration of assigned accounts to include billing, inventory and data entry. We expect Account Coordinators to be helpful and dedicated to our customers and coworkers.
If you have experience in customer service, we’d like to meet you. Your goal will be to foster long-term relationships with clients and help grow our business. Responsibilities: Be the main point of contact with customers on import and export shipments from beginning to end Communicate with the customer throughout the job process via phone and email ensuring customer satisfaction Coordinate between the customer, warehouse operations, transportation providers, port authorities etc. Preparation of customized, job specific receiving reports, job orders, packing lists, bills of lading and invoicing Requirements Experience in transportation, warehousing and/or the logistics industries is a plus Three plus years of clerical type experience preferred, minimum 1 year Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) Must have good communication skills, both oral and written Must be organized with the ability to efficiently multi-task in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail Experience with Peachtree (Sage) accounting software is a plus Candidate must be dependable Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k with company match) Life Insurance (Basic & Voluntary) Paid Time Off Short Term & Long Term Disability Pay starts at $18/hour
