Assist staff in delivering high quality programming to girls in Tarrant County Schools. As per Girls Inc. mission, inspiring all girls to be strong, smart and bold.

Job Description:

Engage students in fun, creative and meaningful activities that will increase their understanding of strategies to avoid high-risk behaviors such as substance abuse and violence. In addition, activities will increase their personal financial skills, ability to think critically about media, ability to make informed decisions and skills to navigate relationships with peers. This is a part time, voluntary/unpaid internship.

This includes but is not limited to:

1. Co-facilitating creative and experiential sessions in accordance with GITC standards, maintaining appropriate staff-student ratios.
2. Assisting GITC staff with creating and maintaining a safe student-centered learning environment.
3. Maintaining accurate and confidential participant records.
