The Volunteer Care Specialist serves as the first point of contact for inquiries. The role is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to all members/customers; both external and internal. This position may also be responsible for successfully supporting recruitment efforts by initiating and pursuing communications, strategies, and processes needed to convert prospective members (leads) to registered members.
