We are currently hiring a Director of Sales & Marketing at our life care community.

We are currently seeking Director of Sales & Marketing to support our community.

The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for the daily sales efforts, with primary focus to maintain a high level of resident occupancy and perpetual client interest to become future residents. Director is responsible for the overall competitive positioning of Ginger Cove, brand communication and recognition. In addition, they are responsible for market performance, meeting budget, occupancy forecast and managing CRM system. Strategies will include pricing, sales incentive management, marketing, and public relations. Director must have a dynamic leadership style, drive for results possessing excellent sales and communication skills, as well as decision making skills and an astute business acumen. This is a leadership, relationship-building position which reports to the CEO.

Ideal candidate has community experience and success in meeting sales targets and goals.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Community sales and marketing plan, conduct and coordinate lead management, including maintenance of the lead database, telemarketing, sales presentations, site tours and home visits.
  • Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.
  • Develop long term sales goals in conjunction with CEO
  • Arrange and direct public relations, marketing events and advertising in accordance with the marketing plan.
  • Address civic, business and service organizations, representing the Community to the highest standard
  • Develop, operate, and manage departmental budget within budget guidelines.
  • Review Marketing Data to determine applicable trends
  • Work with marketing firm to develop compelling branding strategy that supports strategic goals of Ginger Cove.
  • Ensure that brand identity, messaging, marketing, and communications strategy are infused in all organizational efforts.
  • Oversee the daily activities of the Sales and Marketing team, Prepare and submit sales and marketing reports as required.
  • Develop and maintain open communication with other Department Heads and personnel to create the attitude and environment of a team effort.
  • Seek community-oriented programs to sponsor and/ or support.
  • Manage resident move in/out process.
  • Coordinate apartment turnover process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
