Support Representative

Gilomen Innovations is a family-owned business based out of Northfield, Minnesota that develops and builds performance parts and tunes for Polaris UTVs. We are currently seeking a Support Representative to join our team that can help us provide quality support for our customers.

As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through phone and email interactions. You will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide solutions to any issues that arise.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner

• Act as the gateway to the company to help triage requests to the right individuals

• Provide accurate information about products and services

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers

• Escalate issues to the appropriate department or team member as needed

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction

• Maintain customer records and documentation in a timely and accurate manner

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

• Attend training sessions and other events as required

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes

• Prior experience in customer service or related field preferred

• Willingness to travel to Northfield, MN for training and other needs throughout the year
