Gielow Pickles, Inc. is a family-owned and operated company that has been making pickles for five generations!

 

Description of Role:

Our growing company needs a reliable, organized Administrative Assistant to add to our team.  The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and excellent communication skills.  If you have worked in a fast-paced office in the past and you enjoy working with numbers, we're excited to talk with you!  We're looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed. 

 

Tasks:

  • Communicate with clients and other team members
  • Help maintain and update pricing and marketing programs
  • Create, edit, and update spreadsheets
  • Exercise fast and efficient mathematical skills

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting or marketing
  • Pleasant, friendly disposition
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent computer, internet, and email management skills
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Work Schedule:

Office Hours;  Monday through Friday
